This was a fun and cute, low-stakes read. The plot was engaging and characters were easy to get attached to. This is one of those cozy, happy ending type reads so if you don’t like predictability, maybe skip this one. Overall I had a good time with it.

This book was a nice light read, very quick and easy. I enjoyed Maggie's character and her journey. I did feel that most supporting characters were a bit flat, but it was a very sweet and inspiring story that I would recommend.

I had a lot of fun with this book, and I love that Ms. Robinson is a local author. The writing was solid and the storytelling was extremely fun. It really made me want to help out my local independent bookstore. I'll definitely read this author again when I'm looking for something cozy!

This is a cute book not so much a romance as trying to find yourself and be happy with your life. Plus lots of books and a library. I love this writing style even though the smut is nonexistent 😌. I think it’s a fantastic look into a small town world and the much needed diversity that can be added to it.

After reading this book, I want Maggie's life. This is such a warm book to read, it is full of humor and joy, and the characters are so loveable (especially Maggie!) and no matter how you may view them at first, they all grow on you. The author masterfully wove a tale of finding yourself no matter your age or where you are at in life, but also included racial issues relating to classic books, and the lives and tales that have been hidden from the world. The fact that
classics books only being allowed at the bookstore means that there are no poc authors and one of the coowners had no problem with that!!!
Maggie fought to be heard and for the people of the town, she was truly passionate about her newfound job, and it was so inspiring. I want to be like Maggie when I get my life together.

This is a really funny read, and you will come out of this book a better person then you went in.
