More cozy mystery than romance, this is a POV: outsider moment. While it aligned the narrator with the reader in terms of information about what was going on, she was removed from the heart and heat of the emotions involved in the wedding/murder and so the reader was forced to exist on the outside too.
Entertaining if not overly impressive on the character development side!

I’m enjoying this series so far. I like the characters and the dash of mystery and supernatural is fun.

This was my first taste of Danielle Garret, but you can never go wrong with anything that Amanda Ronconi narrates.
And this hit the mark.

The story was alright, nothing special in my opinion, but I love the narrator Amanda Ronconi.

Boring romance lack of anything interesting. But it was short story so I finished it.
