This book really made me think about my everyday interations (or non-interations) and how I want to incorprate some ideas from the book to see if it enhances my life and happiness in anyway!

This book is, what I believe, exactly what I wanted and needed. I have been looking for this kind of book for a long time and read some that went into a similar direction. But this book is everything I hoped and wished for.
10/10 would recommend to everyone who feels like a “stranger” in this world and does not really know how to connect to or with others.

This book changed the way I interact with people in a really good way. It's written in a very engaging way, and there's research-backed information on how connecting with strangers in addition to those in your community can increase a sense of belonging and wellbeing, and how taking the time to converse with others helps break down barriers between individuals and groups that are traditionally diametrically opposed. I've talked to my friends about this book ad nauseum, and I'd highly recommend it to anybody, anywhere.
