Took a while to get back to this book--helpful if you haven't read other self-help books before, otherwise a lot of it is already familiar. A bit repetitive. I appreciated the signs for letting go and for getting unstuck. I liked the idea of daily rituals to focus on goals, like writing in a journal/calendar as a daily motivator. I bought one of those day planners with 9-10 lines for a brief summary of the day, what I've done towards my goals, and what I'm grateful for. Then I mark an "X" on the monthly calendar pages that's at the start of every month to show I'm making this a habit. Makes it real. We'll see what happens in a year's time!

oved this inspiring book. “You control the way you look at life.” “Remember, you can’t control how others act. But you can control how you respond.”

Had some useful information and a lot of great stuff, but it starts repeating itself a lot and eventually gets redundant. Still a good read throughout.
