Wow just wow
I'm so glad I was recommended this book. And by the author herself. The story, the characters everything is just *chefs kiss*. Definitely a fan now and will be devouring her other books as well as any future books.

I have no clue what this writing was but it probably should’ve stayed on someone’s hard drive.
The characters were interesting as concepts! The execution was poor.

TikTok does not have all the answers!!!
Okay so I am very disappointed, I was really looking forward to Parsons Manor with Raihnn and Oraya and that is not what I got. I'm currently on a vampire high so when this popped up on my FYP I skipped the line. Anywho, this book had such potential with the romance, and with the plot and it just flopped.
It is an insta-romance and that's fine (not my cup of tea but whatever) but it felt so drowned out with all the sex. There was a sex scene in just about every chapter and it honestly felt very cringy. There were some overused phrases and nicknames that I am just over. I never want to read the word "beloved" again.
As far as plot and storyline go there was just none of it. There was no character development, some scenes seemed unnecessary, and I felt like nothing was explained. She woke up one day and all of a sudden she had these powers that for what felt like an hour she had no control. Then all of a sudden she's casting spells like shes been doing it the whole time!
Overall this book was frustrating and disappointing so I rated it 2 stars.

I found this book on booktok, took me a few days to read it. But I felt like I was reading a book from Wattpad, that was still being written. The book felt like it was written in a hurry like the Author was trying to shove everything into one book, when it could have been spread out more and been like two different books. BUT the sex scenes 5.5/10.
Overall I have to give the book a 2.5 stars, I just feel like the book could have been written better.

If you want a super spicy short vampire read that also has a decent story with an enjoyable writing style then this series is for you. I wasn’t expecting to get grabbed by this story like I did but I was so invested through the whole thing! I didn’t realize till after I finished this was actually the second in the series so I’m going to read the first next, but I believe each book focuses on a different couple or person in the same family/area. It’s such a fun book that was a great book for me to reset with.
