This book features many great ideas to help with wellness, mental health, and overall happiness. It has big ideas and seemingly small ideas, as well as long term and short term solutions. This book makes sure to have suggestions for everything.
It features things that may seem like common knowledge, but that we might forget to do. This book features many great suggestions for relaxing and for fun. It even has inspiring and motivational quotes.
If I'm ever in the mood for some self-care but want to switch it up and do something new, I know that I can come find something in this book.

Quite an average read. I was familiar with most tips given and felt like I had read them in many other books. But one or two tips seemed nice (again, not new). I wasn’t quite happy to see a proverb about how eating less is better because if someone struggling with eating disorders was to be reading this, it would be triggering. It was potentially a two stars but gave it 3 because I did like it overall.
