I loved getting to know Blair and Ronan. They come from unconventional families and are running two unconventional businesses. They're animosity at the beginning was so fun and watching them interact with each other families made me love them more.
I adored how Blair vented to her friend about her doubts instead of blowing up her relationship with Ronan. I get frustrated in books sometimes when they don't communicate and just end things. This wasn't the case here. And I loved that.
Teddy Hamilton was swoon worthy as Ronan. But I especially like his voice work a the grandpa. This was my first Holly Warren narration and I really liked her voice a lot. she was the perfect Blair.

Such a cute book.

The narrators did an amazing job with this book. I wish the book was a more even POV but it was still great. I highly recommend this author and the book.

Fans of baking and beer will like this romance. Blair is a hard working entrepreneur opening a boozy cupcake shop (heaven?). Right next to her, Ronan is operating the bar started by his grandparents.

Start with an awkward encounter, add in some flirting, more awkward tension, and compassion - this is a fun read when you're in the mood to escape! The characters seem human, have challenges, and drama. Reading Kiss My Cupcake is a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Thank you to Netgalley and to Forever Publishing for the review copy - all opinions are my own.

Oh how I wish I would have loved this book. I liked it. I liked it plenty. I just didn't fall in love with it.

I'm going to dive right in. I had a very difficult time connecting to the characters and feeling their chemistry. And I know one of the main reasons why. The dual point of view, but not having even close to an equal split between the two. I think the number of chapters that the book is from the hero can be counted on one hand. And they were very short. I needed more equal chapters with the characters to connect fully.

The book is cute though. A very fun plot with enemies to lovers. Those that follow my reviews know that I am a sucker for enemies to lovers. This one had some really fun scenes.

Overall, the book is worth the read. I am pretty sure many will love this story. I really wanted to love it instead of liking it. It's a quick, fun story though.

Cute, fun romance that made me want to support small business by buying all their cupcakes and homemade beer.
