3.5 stars for me. I found it quite difficult to rate this book, not because it's bad, but because despite its shortness and dense storytelling, this book still left me feel all sorts of things that could be described as hauntingly beautiful.

This book is not as strong for me as others I love by this author, but it still tells a compelling story - albeit one packed into less than a day that left me wanting more. I really started to care for these characters and to appreciate their struggles - I think they will be relatable to a lot of people.

Would have been 4 stars just for the characters but the ending was so unsatisfactory. I loved the characters and all of their different parts but the plot left a lot to be desired.

This has been an interesting author to read from in the past. She is definitely an outside the box thinker, and a cathartic writer. The synopsis of this book is definitely intriguing where three strangers become intertwined in a destiny of sorts. I have lost my way starts out with brief synopsis of the three characters, Freya, Harun, and Nathaniel. All three seem to be embarking on an identity crisis, and fate brings them together with a bang. Three totally different people brought together at a distinct moment in there life which is very similar. I’m eager to see where this book is going and how it’s going to play out for all the characters. The attraction between Freya and Nathaniel, Nathaniel seems to be struggling with something that has happened with his Dad, and Harun’s struggle with James. Very excited to see this book come out, thanks for allowing me the read.

like 2.75? I don't know how I feel about this, honest
the characters were ok- i liked their developments but not the story line...it all happens in one day? definitely YA story felt underdeveloped yet flowed at the same time?
not sure how to rate it
