I love this fairytale contemporary romance. Witches, fairies, magic, fairy god mothers, love, romance, and some spice. If you enjoy magical realism and romance this is a great pick. 10/10 feel good romance.

Celestine Martin is my new favorite author. Her books are magical and inspiring. I really enjoyed this read and the beautiful display of love with the characters.

I started out not liking Ursula due to how the last book ended in Witchful Thinking, but overtime I came around to her. She's a complicated person who was trying to make herself into something she was not. I love the development of her relationship with Xavier. I think it was well developed and I think the writing in this book made it all the more enticing. I thought the ending of the book was rushed. We never got to see how Xavier left the palace and realms before seeing Ursula. I thought there would be at least a more dramatic reunion between the two. With all the build up to meeting, I thought there could have been more written there. Can't wait to read the rest of the elemental love series!

This book checked all the boxes for me. I really didn't like Ursula in the first book, there's a reason for that, and in this book, she got to be herself and try to reconnect with her magic. Xavier is a Fae Prince who has to get a perfect kiss so he can break his enchantment. Getting to watch them forge a friendship together and then a relationship was delightful.
