This one was not as good for me, but it was still cute and entertaining. For the first half though, Shimana's character was really getting to me. The cute, innocence of the first novel, was not always a part of this volume, but it still had most of it. But, like I said, that first half really went more on the side of really?? And, then again, it picked right back up from the first one and showed me why I needed to pick up the manga "Orange". Really hoping, that the next issues are better than this one.

Ahahahahaha! This manga is SO adorable and never fails to make me laugh out loud <3

Okay so this comes as no surprise but I love Ichigo Takano's work. Her illustrations are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen and her stories are super cute. I know Shōjo Manga isn't for everyone and some people find the stories quite slow, etc. but to me, I can't get enough of it!! Honestly, it's like a drug!

This second volume continues on from the first with Kameko vainly trying to pursue her unrequited love, Asahi. Miku (the girl who likes the landlord) takes Kameko out for a makeover since they know she wants to impress Asahi, but unfortunately, he is spending time with his unrequited love, Manami. Despite this, there are lots of laugh out loud moments, especially when Fujiwara and Zen are present - gotta love those guys!

On meeting Manami and learning that she really does love Asahi, Kameko decides to take a step back and lets him go as she knows his heart already belongs to another, which is a selfless and pretty mature thing to do so full respect to her.

Elsewhere, Fujiwara gets Zen to admit that he does have feelings for Kameko and endeavours to help him confess his feelings to her. (I'm pretty sure this is going to be YET another case of unrequited love as I'm pretty sure Kameko doesn't feel the same way).

BUT...is it just me or do I detect a bit of chemistry between Kameko and Fujiwara (the landlord). Fujiwara is my favourite male character and during those last few scenes...hmmm...I'm thinking there could be a possible romance. I sure hope so!! :D

Taiga fathering arc aha?? JK I read the summaries for the other volumes and I see his "high school girls are kids I'd never be interested in you" was a LIE 🤨🚩 And not him being a prosecutor!?!
Whatever this shit always got me cackling for the wrong reasons even if i have to wade through some truly dumb moments

This one definitely hit better than the first one! Much more dramatic and cute.

This volume felt extremely juvenile and why is this adult man so involved in these teens love lives lol. I kind of like what this volume set up though and although the legal stuff literally made zero sense (Like can they force someone who is not a medical professional to take care of someone involved in their parents' accident?? It seems a little weird to me, but whatever it's manga.) and everyone seems to toss out the word love after a few days, I think the story is going to be fun. I just hope the characters get some development because as cute as Zen is, he can be real annoying. I'm rooting for him tho!

This series just seems like a fun time. The characters are so funny. I love the banter and dynamic between them. I also really like the love triangle coming in because I like both options. I am really excited to keep reading this series because I'm just really intrigued.
