Very basic. Does not tell anything new. You do not have to waste your time reading 300 pages when you can just watch a a couple of videos on yt about speaking amd be finished in an hour.
Oh, and it repeats what is says every other paragraph

This is an interesting look at what makes a good presentation. I like the ideas of speaking about what you are passionate about, making those ideas concise, and presenting them in interesting ways. I don't do a lot of public speaking, but I like how these ideas can be used to communicate any idea more effectively.

A guide to public speaking based off of accomplished TED speakers. The focus is on passion, emotional storytelling, practicing your speech (examining rate, volume, pitch, pauses, and gestures), novelty, using humor, incorporating multisensory experiences, and being authentic.
Helpful advice with an overabundance of examples.

They don't give any interesting advice. It's mostly just summaries of TED Talks. It looks like there was some more concrete tips in the back en of the book, but I'm not gonna read 200 pages of "talk about something you love" to reach that.
