Even though this story slots neatly between the second and third series, it took me a couple of chapters to orient myself properly in the timeline. The jump from post-"Twilight" to post-"Sunset" events threw me off-balance just a bit! Regardless, I'm glad this novella is short enough to finish in one sitting. I thought it would be longer, but it turns out the last 30% or so of the eBook is a preview for another series!
