Was cute. Definitely think Thanatos is my favorite of the triplets. Will admit the romance arcs of each book are getting pretty obvious and predictable. The overarching plot of the series is still.. interesting. But also feels like it's been dragged out.

I'm not a fan of blonde main characters but hi Thanatos and yes please Thanatos with your smouldering love you from afar until I grow some balls to knock you off your feet properly! Sign me up.
Fantastic read. Enjoyable. Perfect combination of Thanatos and strong Hecate so I loved how Alessa weaved these two together. Beautiful.

This was a very fun follow up to Hermes, and I like that the plot threads that were started in Asterion are still coming together in intricate and interesting ways.
Seeing how Pithos has managed to plunder so many godly artifacts and take so many gods out of commission is really interesting. Like, what happened to Apollo that they have his bow? Are gods like Aphrodite still around somewhere, just under lock and keys? I have so many questions about this world. I love the way it's built to fit into this more modern time frame.
Let's get to the heart of the story though, which is Thanatos and Hecate. I love them. The fact that they spent eons yearning for each other but never acting on those feelings because one of them didn't have a physical form is JUST my flavor of angst. I wish, as I always do, that this book was a tad longer so that I could relish in those feelings some more.
Thanatos has always been an interesting character to me, and finding out that he bought and rehabilitated a house on the off chance that Hecate might like it is SO sweet to me. I love him. Hecate's interactions with Persephone and Selene are also very fun. It's so clear that Hecate wants to be a mother figure for Selene, but seeing how afraid she is of another of her bloodline ending up cursed and wanting to protect her as much as possible... I have a lot of feelings about Hecate.
I'm very interested to see where the last two books take us. Medea and Circe are such interesting figures in mythology and I am dying to see how they hook up with the remainder of the triplets.
