I liked this first story of the Hades triplet Titans.  A quick, fun and spicy read

Alessa Thorn does it again!

Book 5 in this series has been goooood, the tension that Alessa Thorn creates between the characters is great, and also so is the spice!
I’m enjoying everything in these books at the moment and can’t wait to start reading the next one

Another 5* in this series for me, mainly because I've really grown to love the titan of death, and have always had a weakness for Hecate. Really enjoying how the women are integrated into this inner-circle-like group and how they keep appearing.

Hecate and Thanatos' story is well paced, and makes more sense than some of the others, I feel.
As I mentioned in reviews for the previous books, sometimes the pacing is off and suddenly they are eternally in love, with little in terms of build-up. Here, we get a love story that is thousands of years in the making, or rather, has waited to be acted upon. Really enjoyed that take!

Spice level 3.5/5, really enjoyable but not super full on (compared to eg ACOSF); the chemistry between the two is described quite well though. Lovely way to spend an afternoon or evening!

More modern day meets hot & spicy Greek myths. Fav quotes to convince you to read Thanatos:

“Hecate had always been his friend and he had looked forward to her visits to the Underworld where they would spend time talking together. She was never afraid of what he was, Death itself, and he was never intimidated by what she was, the most powerful goddess in the world that made mortal and immortal tremble with fear and longing.”

Erebus: “Oh no! The women are gathering. Plotting will start to happen next”

“Hecate needed to change the subject and fast. Contemplating what kinks the Titan of Death would have was a dangerous train of thought.”

“You being here is a blessing, not a curse you have never, ever been a curse.”

“You could use it as a bonding session.” “Because I’m so good at that? I’d rather drink.”

T: “Why do you keep kissing me?”
H: “Why do you keep letting me kiss you?
T: “Because I’ve wanted to kiss you since time began. And now I can touch you, and every time I do, I want more.”

“She had never had an immortal consort, only chose humans with their fragile nothing lifespan when she needed a lover because she knew despite the impossibility of it, it had always been about him. Death, itself.”

“You’re mine,” Hecate whispered.
“Completely,” Thanatos agreed.

“He was happy. He had woken in the arms of a goddess who he had made love to all night under the full moon. There was no other Elysium he could imagine wanting.”

Ariadne: “Excellent! Let’s go kill them”
Hermes: “Love that energy from you, but sometimes a quieter approach is better.”

Erebus (upon finding T&H Fucking in the library) “For fucks sake, bro,‘there’s a time and a place”
Hecate: “we did have time and a place”
