LOOOOOVE this series! Hades perspective and feelings for Persephone is as beautiful as it is heartbreaking. I can’t wait for the final!

The weirdest part is wondering how human parents named their daughter Persephone, but decided to call their son Sam.

Dancing between a 3 and a 3.5 on this, but the first and the third in the trilogy are both easy 4-stars for me.

Everytime the commentator announces the "gods and goddesses" I imagine them walking in in slow motion with thrift shop playing in the background.
Ps. Zeus's a dickhead

I really do love the series. The pacing is decent, and the slow unraveling of key content is earned.

I deeply enjoy a lot of the side characters. It is well rounded in that way.

Could've been spicier, but I get it's book 2/3. Gotta save something huh?

FMC is a treat, and she handled this a lot better than any other self insert would have!
