It's honestly better seeing deadpool in a book than on a screen.

I… kept hoping for more from this book. And maybe that wasn't fair. It was a mini-series. But… it felt very paint-by-numbers, like there was a scaffold of ideas present, but there was something missing: perhaps the desire of the writer to explore them? Perhaps the limitations of page count in a limited-run series? I'm not sure, but everything just happened. The two title characters seemed wafer-thin, like the writer had based them from a point-form summary of each of their characters.
Sometimes the whole is less than the sum of its parts?

This graphic novel has some good action and a few laughs, but nothing that floored me. If you are a fan of Deadpool or Wolverine, you will enjoy it enough.

A more humoristic comic book. Not bad, not great. Funny and good action but nothing much. The illustrations are not really my style but there alright. Only five issues in the line so I'll probably follow up!

Why is it the trend with Marvel to title books vs when they are really team ups?

this felt a lot more like the introduction of a new character (who we don't know if we'll ever see again tbf) than a Collab between the titular characters. I think I expected a lot more wit and humour as promised by the first issue, but the dialogue was far too... boring and predictable?
enjoyed the artwork and damn that was a violent series but otherwise... ehh.
