I loved the first part of the book which explains how having a smartphone addiction can harm you and your brain, with scientific facts. The bit about multitasking not being an actual thing especially made me think and reconsider a lot of things in my daily life.
That being said, I had no interest in the second part, because I've already been working on changing my relationship with my smartphone for a while now. If you're barely starting though, the 30-day plan can help.

I'm using this in my classroom next school year! I'm going to need to change some aspects to make it work for a school setting, but I can't wait to help my extremely addicted phone using students to detox! Most importantly, I want them to choose when they use their phones, not have their phones compulsively grab their attention.

Good self-help book! Really practical activities. Gonna try to come back to this review after I do them all.
