The book picks up where book 1 left off. Brooklyn almost jumps from the roof. Rico is dead… from falling off a roof. The guys all band together to save Brooklyn. Tensions in Blackwood are ramping up. The residents are starting to realize something is a miss. Brooklyn and the guys are trying to solve the mystery of what Blackwood is really up to. The relationship between Brooklyn and her guys have some ups and downs. Overall, I enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to book 3. The spice was also Hot AF especially between Phoenix and Eli.
