Past and present pov. Both fmc and mmc were both annoying and unbearably

End of the year re-read! I love this book, it has some of my favorite tropes: dual timeline and second chance romance

I love a good second chance romance that goes back & forth in the timeline. I didn’t quite find this believable that Piper & Kyle would still be so hung up on each other 13 years later when they fell in love at 16 though

This could’ve easily been a duet books!
I am not one to enjoy constant flashbacks, but this was very enjoyable for me. I felt like a teenager again. And wanted even more story from the past.
I wanted so much more of Kyle and Piper in the now, I would’ve easily read 300 pages of that story.
K.A. Tucker has quickly become one of my favorite authors!!
Her writing is seamless. I feel every bit of emotion. And she leaves me thinking about the story long after I’ve put the book down.

This was only the second K.A. Tucker book I have read, and I can say they haven’t disappointed me yet. This was another page turner that had me hooked from the beginning. It was a sweet, easy to follow read, and definitely swoon worthy

3.5. It was fine. Didn't make me cry or scream so I'd consider it average. A little cliche, but overall good.
