LGBT characters (side characters but part of the main ensemble), semi-interesting plot but suffers from the same “I have to do this alone and lie to the people that care about me despite learning many times not to do that” problems as many teen books. Interesting stuff about the plot quickly wore thin.

I feel like there were some things left unexplained, but it only makes you want to read the next books even more! I can't wait for the third book to come out!
