3.5/5 stars! Overall I really enjoyed this book! I loved that things happened that I did not see coming! There were a few things that were a little hard to read at times, but that's also life. Not everyone has a perfect life and I love how Liane reiterated that.

Adult fiction seems to be a genre I still have to get used to. While I liked this book, sometimes I felt like it dragged on a bit. I was enthralled by some of the story lines, a bit bored by others, rolled my eyes a few times, laughed other times. I experienced a roller coaster of emotions while reading this.

I didn't guess who died. I didn't even guess half of the stuff that happened, which was great. It was the same with [b:The Husband's Secret|17802724|The Husband's Secret|Liane Moriarty|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1375762213s/17802724.jpg|23986788] and I genuinely appreciate suspense like that.

I definitely recommend it. I liked this one better than [b:The Husband's Secret|17802724|The Husband's Secret|Liane Moriarty|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1375762213s/17802724.jpg|23986788]. It's a good chick-lit read with more substance than your regular chick-lit novel.

Liked and enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. There was depth to the characters as well as the issues. You never know what is going one within the walls of another person's house. Gossip is like the game of telephone......the story isn't told the same way twice.
When the truth came out.......whoa.
Found the clearing up of the school issue a tad too neat.

Really engrossing, even though I had already watched the television show. The characters feel real, the plot keeps you moving forward with just enough mystery. She's funny without losing any of the potency of her characters. Really great.
