Loooook. I came here for the monster peen and that's what this book gave.

Based on "came here for the sex alone" this book should rate higher, but I've read enough porn to know when it doesn't hit for me, and this just didn't hit.

I didn't love the male or female characters, and I felt like I had no reason to be invested.

I really liked the idea of this but the MC's were all terrible and Blake just annoyed me a lot. I know this is monsterotica but I would have really enjoyed more focus on Wyld.

The only reason why I'm giving it a 4/5 and not a three is cause the spice carried the story. Plot wise I give it a 3/5 which is fair since it's a low-medium stakes. The book is good don't get me wrong I just wish that Blake had a little more backbone, I understand given her situation but I was hoping for a boss up moment but it never came, she lets the monsters walk all over her and just let them take what they want. Out of all the love interest the only ones I like are Ash and Creed (though Creed has his moments). I hate Tempest with a passion, in the beginning of the book she said that Tempest was a tender lover but when we actually meet him he's a sadist asshole who just want to her hurt and f*ck her. Seven, bless his heart, his personality disorder gives me whiplash. Steele, I know he's the bad guy but he makes it super hard to hate him when he's being so sweet. Whenever Blake interacts with them it just feels like she's constantly walking on eggshells-which she is. Which makes me feel like I'm walking on eggshells and the spicy scenes make you forget that but then when its over we're back to walking on eggshells. I really hope Blake bosses up in Book 2 and that these male characters just tenderly love her cause I honestly I don't see the love I just see the greed and agenda to make their city flourish.

Rounded down here. Story was interesting but the MMCs are mostly terrible.

Spicy fun read

This was a quick, easy read that I knocked over in an evening. It is certainly not the best book I’ve ever read, but the idea is solid. I feel like we’re just scraping the surface on what Creed and his circle are like halfway through the duet.
