There is nothing like a big shiny new book waiting for me to finish the last one to push me to read steadily. Well, that's not totally true. There were a few mysteries that kept my interest, specially Secrecy's identity. I had suspected a few of the clues but I had a few others wrong.
Spoiler I thought it was Grayson, even though it didn't make any sense, but there were things that only someone living in Liv's home could know and Florence was too obvious. Also, I suspected there were more than one but I thought Arthur was one of them until it was discovered that he sent the information and then I suspected Annabel. And that was the point I discovered there were more than one. Because it made sense that Arthur sent the information to Annabel but not to someone else.
.
Anyway, it was a nice ending, with fewer twists than I was expecting but still with the thrills.
Books are fast to read and sweet, nothing to rave about but really readable and now... on to a shiny new book that I have been waiting for so long.

Some of the plot was interesting, but the interpersonal relationships were not compelling. The conflict in the main romance from the last book is immediately glossed over to be replaced with an even stupider one. The best friend who got banished in book 2 is brought back but doesn't get a real part to play. The character development in the stepsister is undone at the end and the stepbrother is basically a prop that gets moved around stage all book. I think I talked myself down a star writing this all out.
