I enjoyed this book and her writing style. I also like how it was formatted, the definitions/explanations, and the suggestions for "coping" with the world. I only skimmed the chapter related to her relationship with her husband because it's not relevant to me, but it existing didn't mean the entire book was useless to me. I also appreciated that she didn't only use the term "Asperger's".

A pretty nice book about life on the spectrum. I think this book is useful both for people who themselves are on the spectrum and might want to read about the various ways of coping with challenges that's worked out for Cynthia, and for people who themselves are neurotypical but would like to learn more about what life on the spectrum is like, and perhaps also learn to understand someone on the spectrum that is part of their life better.

If you're well-educated about autism, then there isn't all that much that is new in this book, it's really more of an introductory text. A entertaining, light, upbeat and informative one though.
