Just a really solid book

Gray is a stripper who gets attacked, goes to hospital and meets his step brother Caleb. Forced proximity trope as Caleb offers to take care of him during his recovery.

Great start to the book and the relationship between them feels authentic and interesting

I hadn't realized this was an interconnecting series. Guess I don't pay attention or just forget things since I read so much. I enjoyed making the connections, though. I loved Gray's friends and family. It was nice to have Eli and West make appearances. Caleb was super sweet and likable. Can't wait to read book 2.
