"Gullah, Gullah Island. GULLAH, GULLAH!!"
I want to move to Galla Island and eat their food. This was a beautiful, delicious, and cultural recipe book. I loved learning about the history, family stories, and lore of the island, too. I didn't make anything, even though I wanted to, but if I lived close to the ocean or a bay where I could get fresh fish every day, I'd be buying this recipe book and cooking like crazy!
