This is a sequel to "Mr. Warren's Profession" and follows the relationship of Sir Lindsey Althorp, a sweet-natured baronet, and Aubrey Warren, a low-born engineer. Since the first book ended rather abruptly, I was pleased this book continued their story, because they are both so, so lovely and so lovely together. In "Throw His Heart Over," there are some challenges, similar to what was in the first book, but Nothwell manages to make them fresh and simultaneously deepen the MCs' relationship. Nothwell obviously does his research into things like engineering, horseback riding, and painting, and if you are a nerd who enjoys detailed descriptions of these things (as I am) this book will be right up your alley.
Moderate: Injury/Injury detail
