An interesting look at Batman, his morality, his reasoning, his background and how it all relates to everyday (and sometimes very deep) questions. I'm not an expert in philosophy, and I found these essays very easy to get into, but I believe they might be a bit shallow for experts. Fun read overall

This collection is more of a mixed bag than the rest of the series that I've read. While there are a good number of interesting, amusing, thought-provoking essays, there are an equal number of obtuse, jargon-ridden essays and those with highly questionable writing.

All in all, worth reading if you're a Bat-fan or want to complete your Blackwell collection. It is worth borrowing if you've a mild interest in Batman and philosophy, but keep your money.

Interesting read. I didn't have to finish the entire book to get the gist.
