Just as funny as the blog! I found myself laughing out loud at a few of the entries - particularly "Lost in the Woods", "Dinosaur (The Goose Story)", and "Dogs' Guide to Understanding Basic Concepts". My only "gripe" (for lack of a better word), is the repetition from the blog...while they were what made me love the blog, I have read them online many times and was hoping for more new content!! An enjoyable read that fans of the blog will enjoy!

Allie Brosh is talented and hilarious. I am a long-time follower of HaaH, and worried about Allie during her long gaps – including this one. Her self-deprecating humor didn't bother me in the past, but the self-loathing in this book made me uncomfortable and sad. I still love the dog comics, though! I hope Allie has/can find self-love, peace and her creative center.

Meh.
Maybe if I had read this many years ago, but if you aren't depressed for the first time in your life there is not much here for you.

I absolutely loved this book and laughed out loud throughout, which is unusual for me. However, this is a "Larry David" type of thing in which you either love it, or you don't think it's funny at all. I suppose you might find it slightly amusing, but I think that's a minority of the readers. This reminds me a lot of Let's Pretend, a great book I listened to on tape. And yes, this is stick figure cartoons - they either hit home or they don't.
