This book laid some real serious feelings down. I don't know if a book has made me cry like this did. I just felt Thralls pain and it felt so real. The book does a fantastic job telling his story in an emotional way.

You are with Thrall during everything and you feel the same range of emotions. The books isn't all sad though. It has its moments where you feel joy and excitement as well. It's very well written and does a good job with Thralls origin.

Good book let down by some iffy dialogue and unbelievable coincidences that were mostly towards the end of the book.

I just couldn't bring myself to finish this, I only got to page 120 before I had to put it down.

I've read books by this Author before, and throughly enjoyed them, but Christie Golden's writing was just disappointing in this offering.
