Read this book for the second time and am still in the love the series. I miss the duo and have been missing them and current reads weren’t cutting it. So glad I restarted the series again before the new book is released

OK so firstly i love the world that has been built here, i also love the little history the author gives us on the pandemic and i LOVE the whole Scooby gang vibe and i love the whole plot its really different....

I did not however like the Main character.... sometimes she was likable, but i hated the way she treated Ivy like a leper..... no not cool in my books..... If it wasn't for Rachel this would have been a 5.

So the story is about a Runner named Rachel who decides to quit her job, 2 employees decide to accompany her and set up their own company, however the plot thickens as a death warrant has been placed on Rachel's head, all while trying to unravel the mystery behind what could be a drug lord.....

I m looking forward to next book, just hope Ivy is treated a little better.....

Similar to Jim Butcher's Dresden series.

This book was kinda hard to follow at first, but once I got into it I enjoyed it. I wish the romance was a little better though.

While the book was entertaining, not the attention grabbing first book of a series I was looking for

Jenks was probably my favorite character on the book. I look forward to reading more about him than the main character...... Is that bad? Lol

It took me several tries to start this book but I kept wanting to see where on earth the author was going…and I liked it by the end. The MC is the world’s worst friend and the way everyone treated Ivy like dirt was so egregious, I couldn’t figure out what the point of it was except to make me mad at them. I liked the shapeshifting, the pixies, the tomato thing and the witch magic. The plot went all over the place with no apparent plan but it was an interesting ride.

I thoroughly enjoyed this!
Funny, exciting and just the right amount of creepy!

Rachel Morgan is badass witch, she is sincere and loyal but also makes some questionable choices throughout the book.. while I do hope she learns from her mistakes I really loved seeing her overcome some seriously messed up situations and can't wait to read the next book in this series :)
