So far this is my least favorite in the series.  Book two was so good, and this was a disappointment.  I didn't like the main characters and kept reading with the hope that it would get better.

Heartwarming and Hot!

Another great book from this author! The story was fantastic and impossible to put down!

Our resident playboy Case meets his match - and how! The heroine, Hannah, is wily and self-assured. Her confidence and charisma matches Case’s with explosive results! Not only is she his perfect match, but she brings out the side to him everyone will love!

There is very little drama in this book, and I loved it more because of it. The characters could grow and develop and find themselves in a way that feels real and organic, and honestly you feel like you’re a part of the community that comes with this series!

This story is heartfelt, with characters that can be real and vulnerable with each other.

There is also a lot of heat, because naturally, Case’s perfect woman is just as bold, if not more so, than he is!

Then there’s the humor! I laughed so much! The banter between all of the characters and the antics they get up to is just so funny and endearing.

It’s also wonderful how much the previous main characters play a role in each other’s books, and it’s thrilling to see how they’re doing!

This book is a fantastic fake-relationship / roommates to Lovers contemporary romance with spice, humor and enough heart in it to melt your own! And that’s before you get to the grandest of grand gestures!

Hank might still be my #1, but Case definitely gives all the Thayer brothers a run for their money!

This book is an absolute must read and the series (read in order) is highly recommended it!

This was so dang cute! I love the Clementine Creek novels, they’re just so fun and easy and there’s no major angst. They’re the perfect remedy when you need a comfort read and this book was no exception!

In the previous books, Case comes off as a big, loveable goofball so I was curious how his story would go. It was so lovely to see himself, Hannah, and the family recognise that there was more to him than meets the eye. Hannah and Case really fit well together. Their personalities balanced and played off each other in a really fun but sweet way.

One of my fave things about the CC series is the group text chains. I look forward to them with each book because they’re always chaos and make me giggle madly. All the characters personalities come across so clear and it makes for some hilarious banter.

I’d say the level of spice was medium and didn’t take away from the plot at all. The dirty talk and vibrating panties were top notch

Case Thayer can get it, thank you very much, he's so damn charming and playful, he's become my favorite Thayer, and I really liked Hannah, she was sweet, but honestly out of everything I loved the family get-togethers, the girls' get together and the group chat, they're funny af and cute at the same time, the spice was also spicing thank you very much, Alexandra you rocked it.

Alexandra Hale just created the most relatable FMC I've ever read.

Hannah is everything. A girl who doesn't settle down, needing the spark of passion back into her photography career that finds herself in a conundrum when she finds herself wanting to stay in small town America. While all of this is me, any reader will connect with Hannah when she has to make real life decisions about what she really wants in life.

She enters Clementine Creek on a short term stay and immediately runs into Case. If you've read the previous books, you know that Case is definitely the town playboy not looking to settle down, but now he's looking for more. A reason to come home at night now that his brother has found his forever.

What happens when the small town boy meets the city girl with big dreams?

Another one by Hale that will keep you flipping pages. She brings you in and makes you want to stay.

After Otto I wasn't sure what to expect with Case but let's just say I love the Thayer twins with my whole heart.

Case was a sweetheart with a great sense of humor. I loved him and Hannah and how balanced they were together. I think Hannah is my fav FMC in this series so far - her need to just find where she belongs really resonated with me.

I loved the moments when you could tell they both loved each other so much and were afraid of it. I was kicking my feet up while reading this. The found family vibes obviously continued into this one and I absolutely looooooove the group texts, but also just the group dynamics Alexandra built with all these characters. I feel like I'm hanging out with them while I read (and wish I was!)

Ps. when is my husband going to build me my own bookstore??

Yet again Alexandra Hale envelopes us in the love and warmth of Clementine Creek and the Thayer family, making us feel like we’re home.
So is it any wonder that after being in town a while Hannah started to question her nomadic lifestyle?

Case and Hannah’s story starts out with a bang and it doesn’t slow down. Their meet cute is outstanding and I love it how it throws our playboy Case for a spin, leaving Hannah with the upper hand. She has so much spunk and she is constantly leaving Case floundering.
The attraction and chemistry between these two is off the charts, that’s not the issue. Case has decided that now is the time for him to settle down which is in complete contradiction to Hannah who is in town for a short time and only after a fling.

I love how a different side to Case emerges in his story, one that he doesn’t show to many but Hannah sees from the start. All his interactions with his family show his commitment to them and you understand why he decided to put Otto first all those years ago.

Both Hannah and Case are at a crossroads in their lives.
Meeting Case makes Hannah wonder if what she needs is to put down roots. I love how the Thayers do what they do best, they bring her into the family and help her see what her future could hold. Case struggles with deciding whether to follow his old path which seems on the surface to lead to Hannah or choose the new path he had decided upon. With a little bit of Thayer family love, advice and a swift kick up the you-know-what they find a way for their roads to lead to each other.

As with the rest of the series, Alexandra Hale has cleverly advanced the stories of the rest of the family without taking away from Case and Hannah. Her family text banter is, again, a highlight of the book with so much fun and hilarity to it.
Alexandra Hale has given us a low angst yet emotional and heart-warming addition to this amazing small town series.

If you are a small town novel lover you need this one! In fact you need this whole series! I devoured this book! The banter between the sibling is awesome. I loved how Case and Hannah complimented themselves and their story was so fun to read. I can’t wait for the next one! Not only is this small town great but the family dynamic is one some envy. Highly recommend!

ARC Reader: Any chance I get to read Alexandra’s work I will jump on it. This one did not disappoint and I loved it just as much as I loved the others in this series!

After seeing the appearance of Case in the other books it’s been great to get more information about him as a character and see him get his love story that he truly deserves. Hannah was the right level of fire and spirit to match Case’s energy. Despite the chance of an overreaction, I’m so glad they never had the breakup because of Sorren’s guidance who h helped smack some sense into Case before he could assume and make things bad.

It’s been sad to see Waylon and Marlee going through pregnancy struggles, but its also been kind of good to see because just like in the real world not everyone gets so lucky, especially for the couples who really want it. I hope they get there eventually, but I know whatever happens will be exactly what is right for them.

A thing that I really love about The Clementine Creek series is how we get to see how the previous love stories continue on after their books. This level of detail and passion for the characters helps develops the world and brings it to life. It really makes it feel like a small town where everyone knows everyone and their stories. I wish I could be a citizen of Clementine Creek so I could be friends with all of the incredible people there, because it already feels like I’m a part of it all.

I’ve really grown to love all the characters and hope this series continues so they all can get their happy endings. Fingers crossed the next book we will get to see Sorren’s and Rhea’s love story because they really need it!

I think this is definitely my favorite of the whole series!!! I loved Hannah and Case's story, how she comes to town just passing through and falls in love with all the people, how Case helps her feel at home, besides the spicy scenes? I think that of all of the series they were the best, Case let it be seen that he was a playboy only because of his brother but when he met Hannah he realized that she was the only one and friends I love that, it was a good read, I loved the crazy things from the whole Clase family and above all I loved that ending.

Thanks to Alexandra Hale & The Author Agency for the ebook copy in exchange for my honest review 📚!!
