Oh my gosh, this book has my heart. What an interesting take on what happens when we die. It is the perfect combination of emotional turmoil and comic relief that TJ Klune has mastered.

I love when a book is able to touch me in a way this book has. The amount of tears I cried over this book, pretty sure the last 50 pages were just me sobbing. It's beautifully written, the characters are lovable and complex, the world building is the perfect amount of interesting without being overwhelming, and it just truly touched my heart more than I thought it would. TJ Klune knocks it out of the park again.

I felt like I was watching a Bill Lawrence show with how much I laughed and cried. This author definitely has a knack for emotional whimsy coupled with quirky, heartwarming characters.

While the characters were a little unbelievable & predictable at times, I still fell in love with them and was invested in their story. This book was beautiful and I might have gone through an entire box of tissues during the last 25% of it.

This book was pretty good. Different. In a good way. At times it felt much longer and drawn out than necessary but all in all, the story was nice. I kind of expected more emotion given the subject matter but that may just have been the style of writing.
