Honestly so disappointed in this one 😭 absolutely adored the first one and Elara and Enzo were perfection, but in this one they’re overly protective of each other and there are soooo many sex scenes that it took away from the story. Way overdone.

I loved the first book and was excited to pick this one up. I was planning on savouring it as the third book isn’t out yet but simply wasn’t able to put it down. I had to know what was going to happen.

That being said I didn’t love this book as much as the first one - I enjoyed the world building and the multiple POVs among other things and although I do love a bit of spice I do think some of the spicy scenes in this book were unnecessary and made me cringe
