I feel very validated through Gilda because a lot of the things she goes through, the anxious thoughts and silly things she gets herself into because she wants to please other people is very much relatable. This was a fun read and I really enjoyed it.

Everyone in This Room Will Someday Be Dead tells the story of a depressed lesbian pretending to be Catholic. It is very sad and very funny and very hopeful. The vignettes in which the story is told divide it into distinct scenes yet the flow together so seamlessly.

This is the best book I’ll read this year calling it now. If anything I read is better than this book than ima be absolutely shocked. Why am I in therapy when I could simply read this book. Great book.
