A lighthearted love story, a lovely cozy read.  Falling in love at first sight, on a flight to London for Hadley's dad's wedding and Oliver's dad's funeral.

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight is such a fast read. It's actually pretty good too and how I imagined what a great book to movie adaptation it would be. It's the kind of story that just lifts up your emotions and gives you satisfaction. It's the type of book you'll want to read all over again because of the feel-good feeling it has. It was funny, it was a good story. And I just really loved it.

Qual é a probabilidade disto acontecer?

The geography of you and me).

Listened on audio - it’s….fine?  The love story to this was v boring and Oliver really did nothing to draw me in or care to learn more about him.  The story with her parents and conflict resolution there was much more enticing in my opinion.  But tbh, I listened to this solely cuz I heard it was gonna be a movie (which is already out)

Short, simple, and sweet.

SpoilerOnly a little annoyed with the main characters decision to leave her fathers wedding to go see a boy but what can you expect. She's a selfish 17 year old girl.

Absolutely satisfying. I don't usually read contemporary or romance, but I'd heard wonderful things about this on booktube last year and subsequently picked it up when I saw it discounted on Itunes. I didn't pick it up until this morning however and two hours later, I'm happy to report that this uplifting, sqwee worthy love story was wonderful.
While much of the backdrop of the book revolves around parents failing their children, through neglect or divorce/remarriage it offsets the perfection of Hadley and Oliver's whirlwind romance.
Occasionally the writing was awkward, more so at the beginning than anywhere else, but then Smith would pull out a line that would stun me or leave me grinning. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the humorous dialogue. Oliver and Hadley stood out very clearly in my mind and were heart wrenchingly cute.
Highly recommend to romance/ya lovers. Great read.
