The perfect easy read! They went for it really quickly, but the story was good. Just the perfect summer read! Do not expect a deep and meaningful story but a lovely, quick read :)

3 not so solid stars.
Ok, I liked it. But not that much.
I have always been a sucker for an age-gap kinda thing anyway so whatever other people were complaining about, I gladly accepted it with open arms. This book started off quite interesting. I liked all the characters, especially Myles and Taylor. But then it got boring real quick.. I think I wasn’t even paying that much attention half-way towards the end because it was just so predictable and stuff but I still enjoyed it. The spice was good! I mean when has Tessa ever disappointed us with the spice part anyway?
The mystery just didn’t work out, I’m so sorry. But I still found the book pretty cute and funny so it deserved its 3 stars, solid or not.

Just..No
I would've respected that book if it was labelled as a "spicy" romance book only because there was no way in hell

So so cute and fun. I liked this because it had a different pace than Secretly Yours. I love Bailey's writing. Super horny and entertaining.

Pretty good book. I honestly almost went 3 stars because I was expecting way more murder mystery and was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t as much but the ending of this book bumped it for me. I thought it was a solid ending! I’d recommend if you want more of a steamy romance thought and not a murder mystery lol

They had good chemistry, I get why they liked each other. A lot of smut which isn’t quite for me but I in general enjoyed their story

The least engaging Tessa Bailey I've read. The writing is really clunky, and kinda cringey. Never really pulled me in, both the MCs were annoying.

It was such a quick and easy read.
I finished this book quite a while ago and can’t stop thinking about it still. I love the banter between the two of them and enjoy the tension that builds as the book goes along. The car and church scene will forever live in my head rent free.
