I love this book, it's one of the
few pregnancy trope books 1
actually like. As usual, Katee
does a great job writing poly
relationships. loved all the
main characters. It really isn't
a plot heavy book but 1 love it
for what it is. The ending felt
rushed but I was fine with it.
Another great steamy read
from Robert. And a GREAT hot
bloody vampire romance.

So, I'm usually down for đŸŒ¶ but this one was a bit over the top...when it finally settled down the plot was pretty good but the final fight with the big bad kinda fell flat for me.

I wanted to like this so bad but the inclusion of the reverse harem completely killed the plot for me. Had it just been the FMC and one primary MMC I would have thoroughly enjoyed the plot. The whole harem trope made the writing feel cheap

I expected a story and was only granted vampire smut. Also, the « little dhampir » made my skin crawl every time I read that surname. It’s just so
 cringy for some reason.

I liked it?? Not sure why everyone’s a hater with these reviews. Maybe they didn’t realize what they signed up for when they picked up a Katee Robert book? Anyways, this was my first vampire book and I’m here for it. Unpopular opinion: I LIKE the characters. It makes sense that “FMC is stupid” - it quite literally states that she’s not knowledgeable because all information has been held from her. I do wish it was more fleshed out, I don’t think I would’ve been able to put it down if there was more plot. Call me crazy but I wish we got to see more unhingedness from Wolf. I wish there was more depth to the characters. I wanted them to divulge their past, and personally I’m upset because I still want to know what exactly caused the rift between the MMCs in the first place. Nevertheless, this was enjoyable and it does not deserve the apparent hate it’s getting. Once again, thank you Katee Robert

It’s good, a lot of smut and not a big plot. But it’s entertaining if you like to read smutty bloody things.
