I only listened to Persuasion, but I'd go back and listen to more. The narrator is fabulous.

It seems very witty/wry in the 'look at me, I'm witty & wry' way.

Not a fan of Jane Austen's works, but I can see why they are so famous. Austen has a way of describing feelings and it's nice to read about that romantic period in rainy England. My main problem with Austen's writing is that it is so burdened with meaning and writing technics which makes the reading tiring and a bit slow. But other than that, the stories are interesting and nice.

I liked some of the stories better than others. My favorites were Pride and Prejudice and Persuasion.
