3.5 stars. An imperfect, sometimes boring, but important and thoughtful book. Not a guide.

I listened to this one, and it might work better in written format. I wasn’t aware that so many people feel climate related anxiety, and to such an extent.

Almost all of the general climate change related parts were nothing new for me, so I felt this could have been much shorter.

Accessible, nuanced, & incredibly useful book. Several useful phrases to name feelings and coping mechanisms.
