I liked this series based on it did not do the cliché moves that normally would happen with the main character falling for every straight friend. It was a lot about identity and trying to be comfortable in being themselves. Also the friendship building was great.

this book had surprisingly very good representation of gay people, and non-gay people overcoming prejudice!

This had an interesting premise.

A boy figures out that his classmate is gay. But he is keeping the classmate's secret. What I don't get is why he is so worried about this. Maybe he likes the guy and doesn't realize it?

I found the art style to be decent. I think it's well proportioned in some shots and in others it could use some work. The story plays out logically and smoothly, which is really good and soothing. The characters are pretty sweet, too!

I just want to say that the cover is pretty and the art style was the main reason I got interested in this BL manga.

HOWEVER. This might be the most disappointing BL manga I've ever read.

I don't mind a slow burn romance but this one isn't just it. It was just way TOO SLOW. The characters were bland. I just couldn't connect to them most of the times and it's just sad as I think it's kind of an entertaining read but the pacing and characters just put it off and made the story draggy.

I really liked the cute scenes but that just it. I think I'll be picking up the 2nd volume but not too soon.

From Netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

The e-copy is impossible to read, which disappoints me as I wanted to read a manga tonight. Maybe I will look around for it somewhere else sometime, but as for now, this is all I can say.

An interesting cast of characters paired with a slow burn allows for interesting conversations and dynamics to develop. The art is very detailed and looks a bit more serious compared to other manga I’ve read.
