Miscommunication/bad communication is one of my least favorite tropes, so when the last 15% heavily featured this as the source of conflict, it drove me a little crazy. but i ADORE these two MCs.

I liked it for the most part. The characters, especially Wyn, were fascinating, and I loved the surprise of his unusual anatomy, but there was just a little something that I felt was missing. I recognize a lot of potential in this series and will enthusiastically move on to the second installment to see what this author will bring next.

Really enjoyed this. Especially the audio, fantastic job on all the different voices. Looking forward to Edin’s book next. And ah , monster spice, who knew that’d be ya know, ya…..
Loved that Danny just loved Wyn without seeing him fully, it wasn’t all about the looks it was about the person and was very sweet.
