This was a solid personal guide to intuitive eating and decolonizing our relationships with our bodies. As a white queer reader, I recognize that certain aspects of this book were not for me--and that's okay! I think it's a great resource, and most of the tools were valuable for anyone looking to deconstruct the layers of oppression that inform our relationships to our bodies. My one critique is that the title is slightly leading--the book is not a critique of the wellness industry more broadly. It's very much a personal guide.

Super informative, useful tools, only thing that would’ve bumped it to 5 stars for me would be more disability inclusion
