absurd. took a while to get to the actual plot and the end was kinda underwhelming. or maybe i just didn’t get it

Look I love Arthur but he’s a tad boring! It’s his charm but the book begins to feel like a bit of a slog when it focuses on his perspective. But the lousy introduction of a love interest really lost me… she’s literally unconscious when they “meet”

A couple of very good bits, but overall too much boring earth stuff and too little space odyssey.

A slow down from the previous books, so less intergalactic adventuring, and a random romance stortline which, eh. But loved the rain god, bits with ford, Arthurs biscuit story, all delightfully entertaining. Wish there was more about the dolphins though
