Be ready to have your world literally rocked into EPIC portions by Dax Morgan!
Cover Model Dylan Hocking is perfect portraying Dax Morgan on the cover as well as in the video below!
You Must watch this video so you can have a beautiful visual of who Dax Morgan is before diving in, yes itβs the cover model on the book but seeing him live and in action is the π on top of this Rocking Sexy Book!
Video: Fireflies by 22 Goats
The world that [a:Lauren Rowe|9699494|Lauren Rowe|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1541173522p2/9699494.jpg] has created with Dax Morgan and 22 Goats is πCherry Popping spectacular!
This book has soo many emotions in it & I loved them all.
I laughed,
I cried,
I had my heart racing just like Dax & Violet had upon meeting each other and their interactions.
I had goosebumps for all the pumped up vibes and actions taking place in Daxβs rockstar world.
I felt compassion for how much Dax is such a spiritual being.
I fell hard in LOVE with how Dax Morgan loves intensely, hard and determined no matter what the consequences are to be with the one he knows he is meant to me with. Love a man who goes for what he wants!
Oh and plenty of scorching sexy times that had me breathless and twitching in my seat as I read.
The word Fireflies will forever remind me of this story and always put a smile on my face.

Is that cover not lickable? Yummy. Ok so.....Rockstar has had my eye for awhile. Mainly because I just finished the Trilogy of Reed Rivers. Dax was positively sublime. His story about Violet was just swoon worthy. A man who could love a woman like that is a must have.
What did I like? Dax and Violets Flow was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. The songs he wrote for her were beautiful. I read this book before the first four in the Morgan series so I may have to read it again after the fourth. All of them have a rereading factor that is unimaginable in my book because I rarely reread.... but these books are that good.
Would I recommend or buy? YES! I am planning my Lauren Rowe shelf. She is an amazing writer and her books are all encompassing so you get the same characters and never grow tired of them.
Thoughts for the author? Amazing work! Definitely top ten author of 2020! Fabulous and warm writing with characters you swoon over and can relate too. They just make you happy and laugh.

Lauren Rowe's Morgan family--hands down the best fictional family in the romance world--and I'm always giddy with excitement every time she releases a new book featuring one of the members or their friends. So, of course, I was very much looking forward to Dax Morgan's book and reading Rockstar was like coming home to long-time friends we've met and fell in love with in the previous books. One of my favorite parts were the anecdotes about the Morgans when they were young and the antics they got into. The whole time I was reading Rockstar, I felt all warm and fuzzy, especially when members of the Morgan family and friends were in the scene and they do their banter thing--I just love everyone so much and I can't get enough of this family!
Dax is the baby of the family and rockstar-in-the-making in the previous books, but in Rockstar we see him quickly rise to stardom along with his best friends in the world/22 Goats bandmates, Fish and Colin. And then we have Dax's love, Violet Rhodes. When she was introduced on the page I wasn't quite sure what to make of her, but as with every Lauren Rowe character, I ended up falling in love with her along with Dax and wanted to give her a great big hug because she didn't have an easy life. Dax is a precious cinnamon roll and Violet is his perfect match and I loved them together.
To be honest, I don't usually reach for rock star romances (just not my cup of tea) but because it's the Morgans and because it's Lauren Rowe, I devoured Rockstar! I didn't even read the synopsis before going in so I didn't know what to expect, but I think that made my reading experience better because there were some twists and turns that I wasn't expecting at all (like, I had my theories leading up to the big reveals, but when the revelations happen it was always a surprise and I loved that!).
I don't want to give away too much because I think it's best to go into Rockstar blind, but trust me Rockstar is not to be missed. And although I mentioned the previous books, you don't have to read the previous books in the series to enjoy Rockstar--actually, Rockstar is a great introduction to the Morgan clan so pick it up and fall in love.

Rockstar was an exciting end to the Morgan Brothers series. They had an instant connection but timing wasn't on their side at first. Dax went on a downhill spiral during his time away from Violet. But when they were reunited, he felt like he finally found what he needed in life. There were twists to the story that really made it exciting.

Coming out of reading this book, and I'm at a complete loss of words.
Rockstar hit me with every feel you can imagine. I was sucked in, and held captive. I needed Dax's words. I needed to hear how Violet consumed his thoughts. Consumed his writing process.
I finished the book with tears in my eyes. Not because it ended sadly but because this story hit me so powerfully.
Lauren has a way in her writing that makes it more like a story and less like a book. You feel like you are in the room as these characters are experiencing life.
Though I have my favourites in this Morgan Brothers series, in this "The Club" universe, Rockstar just took this to a new level, new emotions, new depths.
I can only hope that one day Colin or Fish or Reed, or maybe one of the other supporting characters we saw more of in this story, will talk to Lauren and we can hear their story. Because how can I not want more from these characters that have solidly become a part of my life over the years.
Lauren, thank you for taking me on this journey with you β€β€

Dax... Dax... Dax... ....
Rockstar romance 5 star because I can't add more... so let's start Dax... and well Dax and Violet story got me in a fantastic journey. This book is like no other, have you seen the video? Ok I have it on my YouTube channel book playlist for you to quickly find it, you need to watch it.
This rockstar romance is so much more than what I expected. Family is such an important part of it. Music is what brings them all together and love is what flourish with every page you turn. Twist and turns, ups and downs, upside down and all around this ride will take you on all emotional directions. I think I wasn't prepare for all of them. I loved it I simply loved it so much, this one deserves and audiobook soon for me to have another go. Can be read as a standalone and you might want to read the rest after.
