Cute story with a silly background. Poor Gemma was saved from an awful life by her glitter orc and adjusted really quickly. I was confused about the world she lived in. Was it just glitter orcs that were unknown to humans? Or all types?
Their tragic backstories complemented each other and they got their HEA.

This is a cute story for what it is: Orc smut. Orcs are always paired with bakers for some reason, maybe because they are large and like to eat? Glitter orcs apparently have psychedelic properties in their dicks, so licking it will make you high, which is convenient because their junk is the size of a large forearm so it’s better to take the edge off when it’s rearranging your organs. The steam in this one was moderate. There are some triggers, which I didn’t get, why include SA of a minor in a 58 page book? Seems unnecessary and I don’t get why authors go there in these light hearted reads. Don’t look too closely at the eyes on the book cover, I think they stole my soul.
But this was better than most weird Christmas erotic short stories.

This book could’ve been a cute fun holiday monster novella. But we had to throw in psychedelic skin that blurs the ability to give enthusiastic consent. So someone that was kinda shy, inexperienced and unsure is suddenly ready to be railed at the bonfire in front of everyone.
Not sure that the former SA held any value either.

Short and sweet. It was not as weird or spicy as I expected (which probably says something about my reading habits and not the author) but it was kind of wholesome and had a happy ending. It was an enjoyable, quick read.
