I was pleasantly surprised by Benedict’s book. I knew it was a retelling of Cinderella, but Sophie was her own person. Benedict personality shined through the story and I was able to know him on a deeper level.  Overall, the story develop so well, it was entertaining, intriguing, funny, adorable, etc.

Honestly, I do have a lot of love for Benedict Bridgerton even though some of his actions were questionable throughout the book. I really enjoyed this cinderella retelling. It was such a quick easy read. I did have a case of the giggles at certain moments
