This book put me in a reading slump. There are too many plots at the same time, too much things happening, I can't take it rn.

Maybe a bit too much sexual for me, also. 

I might start again later. Maybe. Or not.

4 stars - pure escapism.

What could have been a typical rom-com type of novel was anything but typical. It was refreshing to see a new take on what a romance could look like.

The half Mexican son of the first female president falls in love with the Prince Of Wales. (One quibble with the author - the second son is not usually the Prince of Wales).

What could be better than that??? Is it realistic - no. Did I love it? Yes.

At the end of the day:

I want someone to send me emails with quotes from famous love letters at the end of them (will have to train my husband).

And a world a little more like the one depicted in this novel.

Tam olarak beyaz cis hetero kadınlar için yazılmış bir eşcinsel hikayesi kitabı gibi geldi bana. Araya sırf pazarlama için zorla bir enemies to lovers sokuşturulmuş (Buna enemies to lovers bile denmez gerçi) Ve pazarlama taktiğine düştüm maalesef. Biraz daha gerçekçi element içermesini isterdim de çok süslü püslü yani. Hiç beklediğim gibi değildi.
Ama kafa dağıtmak için çerez ciddi olmayan bir şey okumak için ideal

Had to put this down for a while…didn’t know a reading slump could effect listening to audiobooks but evidently it does.

Glad I picked it back up. It was cute, I guess the setting isn’t my thing…
