Meaningless anecdotes+ no science and no statistics behind the principles. Just the opinion of one lady. If men love bitches, I don't want men.

Disclaimer: I really hate self help books. It's not that I dislike self-reflection or improvement; far from it, it's just that I don't have the discipline to incorporate the teachings into my life. Maybe I need to find a self help book for self-help implementation...
The anecdotes in this book were amusing. There's also a brilliant guide to faking an orgasm. '[Then] you’ll want to immediately slap the nearest pillow. Mix it up. This means sometimes you’ll want to slap the pillow then scream, other times you want to scream first, then slap the pillow. Men love variety.'
All in all, it's fun to read. Whether it's useful (wasn't for me) is a different matter altogether.

The only reason I read this book was because my friend told me "girl, you should read this. It sounds like you're the one talking." and I did.
I'm not really into self help books but sherry did really hit the spot for me. The book was balamced. Not too many 'you ain't need no man' advice and not too many 'be his baby momma through and through' advice.
I have to admit though you can't apply her dating rules once you've already been too many months into your relationship. And well, not all relationships can survive this. Yet at the end of the day. Sherry has a point. A good one too.
I'd deffff recommend this to any girl who is a live walking doormat and to every girl who think her boyfriend is the holy god of the world. Girlie, live your life a bit.
It seriously opened my eyes to how clingy i've been even if my partner says that he loves it. (believe me. No one loves a clingy girlfriend.) and i managed to back off in a healthy way. Balancee

A big no. I would be so embarrassed and disgusted if I spotted this sitting on my shelf.
