Cute. I'm watching the anime the same time I'm reading the manga so it takes me a bit to get through the managa. I get bored pretty quick because I feel like I've all ready read it, since I've watch it. The managa and the anime are pretty much the same, which is a plus. I love the fights between Kyo and Yuki. They make me giggle. So does Shigure. Tohru's modesty is really overpower; it makes me think that I need to be more like her. Also, her innocence is kind of humorous. I love Takaya's quirky notes throughout it.

Rating upped to 4 stars. Only re-read this one, no interest in continuing this series (though I may skip ahead to see how it all ended as I stopped reading while it was still on-going). The art is so-so, at times it wasn't that pretty, but at other times it was just gorgeous (swoony boys!). I love the idea the there are 12 (13) members that are like the zodiac and can transform in said animal they are aligned with. Plus Toohru is just adorbs and supertough (really, how can I not like a girl who just goes off to live in a tent and who will just hug a boy when he wants to fight his rival). :P
I do think it is silly that Kyou can never win. Really, that dude is so strong, but he can't beat Yuki at all.

I cannot recommend this series to anyone enough, i’m so serious when I say every single episode of the 2019 anime from about halfway through s2 to s3 made me cry hysterically, as well as some other episodes (s1 finale for example). Every single character is given a proper backstory, a full episode for even the most background of characters and it’s just beautiful I adore all of the characters so much (aside from a select obvious few) and this series is just so well done. I love yuki, tohru, haru and kyo so so much and I cannot wait for haru in the manga! Revisiting this is just so much fun I can’t wait to sob my heart out for all the best reasons.

Not my cup of tea, but the story line is intriguing. I enjoy graphic novels, but struggled to follow along with the characters and the sub plots.
